SET DESIGN FOR 'THE DRESSER', KEFALLINIAS THEATRE, STAGE "B", 2017 - 2018.

The Dresser is a 1980 play by Ronald Harwood, which tells the story of an aging actor's personal assistant, struggling to keep his master's life together. As World War II rages, backstage in a provincial English theatre, the ageing, once-famous classical actor is troubled. 'Sir' is one of the last in a dying breed of great Shakespearean actors, unwilling to take to the stage, while his faithful dresser Norman urges him to another great performance. Directed by Manolis Dounias, lighting design by V. Tamiolaki, music by Th. Oikonomou, costume design by V. Syrma. Perfomed by Alex Mylonas, Manos Vakousis, Ani Loulou, E. Apostolou, N. Kalamo, D. Margaritis. Images 1, 4, 9 by Patroklos Skafidas.
